Essex Crane Rental Corp. is pleased to announce the appointment of Marty Kroll as our new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer responsible for the administrative and financial aspects of our company.

Previously, Marty served in several roles for Outokumpu Copper, a large metal fabrication company headquartered out of Finland with a U.S. headquarters in Chicago. He served as President & CFO of the U.S. holding company and as the Director of Global Business Development for the foreign parent. Marty managed the finance, treasury, cash management, financial reporting, risk management, legal and tax areas. He also directed international strategic planning, market analysis and merger & acquisition activities for the company.

Prior to Outokumpu, Marty spent six years as Director of Finance at American Brass, a privately held LBO headquartered in Buffalo, New York. Marty joined American Brass from Price Waterhouse where he spent eight years in the audit and consulting areas serving clients in a number of different industries. Marty graduated from Niagara University with a BBA in Accounting & Finance and he earned a CPA while at Price Waterhouse.
