2001-06-15 ESSEX ANNOUNCES HEADQUARTERS RELOCATION AND NEW EXECUTIVE STAFF

Essex Cranes announced today that it will relocate its administrative headquarters from the current site in Hasbrouck Heights NJ to the Chicago suburb of Buffalo Grove IL. From this new Midwest location, Essex Crane Rental Corp. will be better positioned to support our existing yards, our suppliers and our customers. Along with the relocation Essex will implement new information systems for the company that will support our expansion and acquisition plans.

Ronald Schad, president of Essex Crane Rental Corp., stated, "Our new headquarters location is consistent with the many changes we are making at Essex under the new ownership. Essex is leveraging its position as the largest owner of Manitowoc cranes by ensuring that our people and our systems are ready to offer our customers the best crane rental quality and value."

Other additions to the Essex Crane Rental team include Marty Kroll, chief financial officer, William O'Rourke, vice president of sales and marketing and Paul Doran vice president of operations. This team brings over 70 years of business industry related experience to Essex.
