Essex Crane Rental Corp (“Essex”) has announced the appointment of Kory Glen to the newly created position of Director of Finance.  The position was formed in response to Essex becoming a public company as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Essex Rental Corp (OTCBB: ERNT).  Kory will be responsible for the company’s external finance functions, including Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance.  He will report directly to Martin Kroll, Senior Vice President & CFO.

Prior to joining Essex, Kory spent five years as the Director – Financial Reporting for Equity Residential, a publically traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).  Additionally, he worked five years in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP.  Kory has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Account (CPA).
